The Yankees and the torpedo bat designers owe the entire National Hockey League an apology.
Connor McDavid doesn’t need any help.
This little tweet did change my entire perspective on the torpedo bats though.
Think of the changes that have happened in hockey to the stick and all of the other equipment.
Things get better seemingly every year.
The first sticks were basically just tree branches.
I feel like the new thing now is where the torque of the stick is.
Now…everyone wants that whippy Connor McDavid stick.
How many kids basically opted into a worse shot because they didn’t want to be a pussy?
I will be adapting for men’s league.
Whatever McDavid and his team invents I will be buying.
I am sure it’ll cost like $500 based on prices these days, but I am in.
I am going to go from 7 goals last summer to double digits with the McJesus.
If hockey can change and get better every single year, then why can’t baseball?
I’d rather have a super stick than lift weights or practice.
Let Volpe hit bombs with the new shit.
Who am I to judge
