Again, I know he’s still super young to this team, but nothing about him screams confidence.
He absolutely should be on the hot seat, as well as the entire staff.

Vrabel would have had this roster at 6 or 7 wins easy, no doubt in my mind.
Certainly not with Brian Callahan at the helm.
