Saquon Barkley did his job today.
Jalen Hurts did his job today.
DeVonta Smith did his job today.
Personally I’ve always thought he was WR1 to begin with.
The defense did their job today.
They weren’t perfect, and were definitely shaky towards the end.
But they made the plays when they needed to.
The Eagles had two opponents out there today.
They were playing against the Jacksonville Jaguars, and they were playing against Nick Sirianni.
But Nick Sirianni takes the cake here as the biggest dickhead of the day.
He can never make it easy on the Eagles.
He lost control of the offense.
He never had control of the defense.
He’s an egotistical bastard so he feels the need to still find ways to impact the game.
So what does he do?
Takes as many points off the board as humanly possible.
But just going for it just for the sake of going for it.
There’s no rhyme or reason.
The game was 22-0.
It should have been 24-0.
2 touchdowns in 14 seconds later, and it was a 6-point game.
Jacksonville had a chance to win the game if it weren’t for Nakobe Dean saving the day.
But holy shit does Nick Sirianni need to just get lost.
The man is a dunce.
Again, it was a great win by the team.
But not one that you feel good about, and that’s all on the coach.
