This is so funny…like, historically funny.
Like, Ron Rivera is not a suitable candidate to be a head coach ANYWHERE.
Not the NFL, not college, not Oakland Mills High School, not anywhere.
The game has passed him by.
The last 4 years watching him coach the Commanders was pure torture.
And for those reasons, I am BEGGING the Jets to hire him.
It would be so perfectly Jets.
And I’m not even a Jets hater.
They do it in such dramatic ways, and in ways you could never dream up on your own.
Bringing in Ron to coach would be like the Wall Street Journal bringing in me to edit.
Yes, that bad.
So hopefully the Jets really Jet it up and make this call.
Nothing would be better for the rest of the league than to watch this happen.
And if not the Jets…how about da Bears?
