Which implies to me that they were somehow connected.

The highly prolific bank robbing superfan of the Kansas City Chiefs.
However, as I understand it, Chiefsaholic is in a midst of a 17-year prison sentence.
So we can cross him off the list.
The only person left is Patrick Mahomes' evil younger brother Jackson.
Jackson Mahomes has a criminal past.
His past crimes are of a sexual nature.
He was arrested for a sex crime.
Which goes to show he has a problem keeping his hands on what belongs to him.
Instead he was stuck with these two snoozefests.
They probably didn’t make his sexual assault trial fun at all.
Nobody cared about hot Jackson anymore.
He was demoted to the back of the suite.
Forced to fight for screen time with the most popular person on the face of the earth.
So as payback for the injustice, could he have broke into their homes.
He didn’t steal a lot.
Just a quick $20K from Travis' sock drawer.
The items missing from Patrick’s home are undisclosed.
But I’m certain he couldn’t have stolen enough to cause him any real financial hardship.
But it wasn’t about that.
It was a long con.
Jackson knows that you’re able to’t put a price on one’s sense of security.
A form of mental torture if you will.

Could be anyone really.
Maybe somebody who works on his cleaning crew.
Do they share a chef maybe?
Maybe someone on one of their security details.
Maybe a complete stranger.
I don’t have the slightest clue.
