To me, this is a mercy.
This series was one of the worst adaptations I’ve had the misfortune of watching.
What makes Halo so great can be boiled down to a few simple things.
The lore, the action, and the music.
The series only managed to figure out the action.
If you’re going to adapt a beloved IP, double-check your showrunner cares about it.
Not an over-reverence, just general care.
verify you get a Craig Mazin (The Last of Us), no Kyle Killen and Steven Kane.
Just to note, I liked a lot of the technical stuff for this show.
