I cannot believe the NHL tried to drag this away from Joe B and Locker.
I will never get over it.
Together, they have called Ovechkin’s entire career and been the soundtrack to nearly all of his goals.
But if you think about it from a broadcaster’s perspective, that is what you live for.
You call all these games and want to be the voice of the biggest possible moment.
