It’s not bad luck.
It’s not separate incidence.
It certainly seemed like these crimes were highly orchestrated and organized by the same people.
And according to news reports, local police believe they know who’s responsible.
It gives the impression of a highly intelligent crime ring.
This is fricking chilling, to say the least.
Talk to anyone who ever had their house broken into and they’ll tell you.
Next to an actual violent crime, it’s the worst violation you’re able to suffer.
A total violation of your privacy in what is supposed to be your sanctuary.
The place where you are safest.
And in one respect, almost worse than a crime of violence.
If someone comes up and tries to assault you, at least you might fight back.
So here’s hoping this gang is rounded up.
At the same time, it makes you wonder how vast this operation is.
So yeah, this is scary.
And something that could have a profound effect on sports in ways we can’t even imagine.
All I know for sure is that I’ll stay on top of this story.
