It’s supposed to be playing teams in the same area as you that you fucking hate.
It’s about rivalries that make sense, it’s about having a conference name that makes sense.
Not the ACC with teams by the Pacific.
Not the Big 10 with 18 teams.
Again, growing up in Pennsylvania there are far too many Penn State fans.
