Kirk Minihane joins us for Masters history, who were hot or cold on this week, some good ole stories, and to talk attending the Masters. Then weve got, live in Augusta, Brian Harman fresh off his 4th Tour win and Joe LaCava, plus his son, telling stories of winning the Masters with Tiger in 2019 and Fred Couples in 1992.

Only four players have achieved the unwelcome feat since 2000. That’s it, I’ve seen enough from Nick Dunlap. Get him on Breaking 90 with Trent right this second. Nick Dunlap is not the average golfer. But he just shot a 90. That’s one of the worst rounds you’ll ever see at The Masters. Somehow, he didn’t three putt: Putter was kinda hot! Build on that and the 6 pars. I will say shooting a 90 is way better than like an 82....

I hadn’t talked to Dave about merch in years. Some shirts are duds, and others take off. My biggest shirt is pretty obvious- it’s the Capitals “Our Year” shirt. During the 2018 Stanley Cup run we sold thousands upon thousands. Which brings us to a week and a half ago, March 30th to be exact. It’s been a few down years now for the Yeshiva University Maccabees. They then proceeded to lose their last 26 games of the season. After going 2-27 in 2022, they followed that up with a 0-29 campaign in 2023. After that was a 0-26 year in 2024. The 2025 season looked to be trending on a similar path after starting off the season 0-18. A program who was also in the midst of their own 42 game losing streak....

It must be fun every now and then to remind the world that you have god given super powers. That’s exactly what Carlos Alcaraz did in the clip below. Just ridiculous on so many levels. Tennis from the Gods. My body would spontaneously combust if I attempted such a feat. This dude is ready to run a mile the next point like it’s no problem at all. People simply don’t appreciate the athleticism that goes into being a top tennis player....

10 years ago I didn’t know what I was going to do with my life. It really stemmed from the Bruins' playoff loss to the Canadiens. I was furiousssss after that series. To go forward we need to back it up even more to 2011… Probably would’ve played better had I not stayed up late to watch the Bruins, but I digress. But days later came a STRONG win at home in Game 6 to send the series back to Vancouver....

So when it came to his return/tribute/introduction, of course he was going to be showered with love. This isn’t a bitter fanbase that now has to hate a player because he bolted for LA. It’s a fanbase that’s hurting and wishes him nothing but the best.

Understandably, emotions were high last night in Dallas for the return of Luka Doncic. Then of course, there was the Mark Cuban factor. There is blood on his hands even if he’s tried his hardest to remove himself from the conversation. At the end of the day, he hired Nico. He sold to the current ownership group. He may not be the main culprit in this outcome, but he did play a role....

Fashion in golf is certainly going through a chaotic moment. Guys like Jason Day are pushing the boundaries every time he steps out onto a course. You’ve got kids like Jose Luis Ballestar bringing the upside down text trend to Augusta. With that being said…Sergio Garcia needs to be sent directly to jail after breaking one cardinal rule. You never go full ketchup and mustard. I’m far from anything that could be considered a fashion critic....

Dude is just the best. I mean, he’s got the prettiest swing in all of golf still to this day. I know we don’t get a ton of emotion early at Augusta. This is what happens when you’re one of the older guys who is playing as a former champ. But I love the reaction. Arms out, talking to the patrons, telling his caddie to go get the ball. It’s perfect Fred Couples and that’s why he’s still one of the coolest to do it....

Unfortunately, they were mostly a disaster. You add all that up, and you get a performance like this. In the end, it was the worst offensive performance in the Joe Mazzulla Era. It’s gross basketball, but that’s part of the charm. To get that product in a “real” game? No big deal obviously, but I’m selfish. I wanted the 34-7 road record. I wanted the NBA History. Nobody, and I mean nobody has it tougher than us....
