It was quite the week for coach Belichick last week. First, he had a wildly entertaining appearance on The Pat McAfee Show. Belichick has traded Foxboro for Chapel Hill, and apparently, hes living his best digital life. The man who once mocked SnapFace and InstaChat is now an Instagram power user. As he told McAfee, his DMs are popping off like a college kids after rush week. Its all about the transfer portal....

Now that we’re in 2025, it’s time we change up the NBA debate topics. At this point, we’ve all talked about those topics to death. In 2025, there are way more entertaining things to spend time debating or talking about. Just kidding, no chance that happens. There’s one thing to remember when it comes to All Star selections. There is no requirement for games played like there are for all the other awards (65 games)....

2025 could not have gotten off to a sadder or more tragic start. It is so heartbreaking to see New Orleans go through this. like pray for the New Orleans community and everyone affected. The world needs it now more than ever. My heart goes out to the families of everyone affected. New Orleans is hosting the Super Bowl in a little over a month too. I have full faith the increased security will alleviate all worries some people may have....

The Patriots were simply all about the winning. Youdohave to try and celebrate personal achievements. You’ve simply got nothing else going for you this time of the year. I mean, what does a guy have to do to get the credit he deserves? This despite the fact Gonzalez consistently drew the opponents' toughest assignments. And the team would quietly be taking this disrespect and refining it into rage fuel. But again, that was then and this is now....

I am concerned for the safety of Georgia cornerback Parker Jones. Even if they win this game, Kirby Smart will never forgive him. That’s the only way to save any sort of face here.

Obviously every coach aspires to be a head coach and not be a life-long coordinator. But a younger guy like Kliff Kingsbury will always want the head coaching jobs. His other seasons he went 5-10, 8-8, and 4-13 before being fired. Nobody would fault Kliff for leaving. Would he really want to join the shit show situation in Chicago? Is the best possible opening the Raiders? It’s dire out there....

Nobody, and I mean nobody could have predicted this season Jayden is having. I won’t brag though, because I left “Pro Bowler” out of my prediction. Kind of a tough pill to swallow, to be honest. The RG3 year, a couple Kirk years, Mark Brunell had a couple flashes, etc. But nothing much to write home about. And now it’s all different. It looks like Jayden is a generational QB....

This is a movie that I was excited for because I’m a Robert Eggers guy. ‘The Northman’, ‘The Lighthouse’, ‘The Witch are my kinda movies. At the same time, I fully understand that his movies are NOT for everybody. Not in a “you’re too dumb to get it unlike me!!” pretentious film douchebag way. Just in a different strokes jot down of way. That’s how I feel about Eggers and a few other directors like Wes Anderson....

So without further ado, here are 15 resolutions I have for 2025. Start liking Diet Coke -Everyone loves talking about how good diet coke is and the satisfaction it gives them. I personally don’t like diet coke. Meet Timothee Chalamet…. BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY. I feel like that should be up there taking his roles on the silver screen. But this year I will meet him by any means necessary, “laws” be damned....

But the stereotype for Canadians is that they’re nice, polite people. It’s honestly impressive. This year, it’s Easton Cowan. And what sucks the most for Easton Cowan is that he’s in a particularly brutal spot. Not only did Team Canada lose to Latvia in a shootout. Not only did Team Canada get dismantled by the United States on New Years Eve. But Easton Cowan is also a draft pick of the Toronto Maple Leafs....

Look I said it from the moment that the committee announced the playoff bracket: Oregon got fucked. The most talented team in the country in their very first game of the playoff. A team, mind you, that they already beat. With that being said, I empathize with Oregon fans. Getting close doesn’t cut it when it comes to the big rings. Good season though, Oregon. I really mean that. Winning National Championships isn’t for everyone....

They went out there and made the No. 1 team in the country look like Michigan State or Illinois. Jeremiah Smith does whatever he wants regardless of who’s covering him. Will Howard actually looks like a quarterback who can win a national title. TreVeyon Henderson and Quinshon Judkins look like the best backfield duo in the country. There is simply no way this team lost to 8-5 Michigan without doing it intentionally....

The aircraft can be locked from the inside at night. But I suppose airports are where planes go. Personally I’d fill the whole thing with mirrors. And maybe have the plane guarded by a couple hippos to pay tribute. But I guess as an AirBnB owner you’d rather not cater to the party having throw in. Mr. Palmer says his business is doing well, and that it’s being used most every night....
