What a banner year it has been for Joel Hans Embiid. He didn’t make his season debut until November 12th with some bizarre undisclosed lower body injury. He has only played in 13 out of the Sixers' 39 games so far this season. Apparently he injured his foot on a media rope during the Christmas game. And now it looks like he’ll be out for at least another 7-10 days....

Wouldn’t be the first time that’s happened. 3 assists last night on Long Island. 9th (full) season of his career. Had pretty consistently been a 50-60 point scorer up until that point. And now could hit the 100 point mark for the first time ever. That’s right, folks. I’m talking about 2018-19 Brad Marchand....

After what feels like 8 months, Surviving Barstool came to an end last night. Millions (literally) of people watched the show, making it a smash hit. Credit to the cast and the crew who worked tirelessly to put out an incredible product. But now it’s time to look ahead to the next season. No, all things considered, I think social media is WAY too hard on the contestants. But nevertheless, the show must go on!...
Can you believe it? 21 away from holding the record. If he didn’t miss over a month with a broken freaking leg, he might already have it. But adversity happens, and Ovi has bounced back without missing a god damn beat. If he keeps up this pace he will do it this season. That’s the word I always keep coming back to- insane. I can’t believe we are witnessing this....
The crack of that slide like a bag of potato chips is some thing truly remarkable. Just an absolute CRUSHING. I wonder if the pieces made their way to the pool which is a nightmare. The other big question I have here is the owner of the slide, are they mad? I have to think alcohol is involved so people always think is things are funnier. It’s been long enough. Daredevil was actually one of my favorite superheroes as a kid, because I LOVED the Ben Affleck movie. They cut a lot of the romance stuff with Elektra out in exchange for more violence and action. It’s a definite improvement.
I have no idea how this happens, but I do know this is a parent’s nightmare. You take your eyes off of them for one second and they can take off. But even better is Darris Nichols, the Radford head coach. He knows what he’s dealing with - refs who you never know about. In theory, yes, they could give a technical for this. you could’t have people on the court before the game is over....
