Jalen Hurts is now going back to the NFC Championship Game for the 2nd time in his career. Now it certainly wasn’t a performance out of Jalen yesterday that lit the world on fire. What an absolutely amazing Divisional Round weekend of the NFL Playoffs. you’re free to’t ask for more than that. Unless you’re a Ravens fan. Then maybe you’re able to ask more of Mark Andrews. Or a Rams fan. And Maybe the Lions medical staff could ask to switch to hourly instead of salaried and overtime exempt. Fine, there’s always something more you might ask. But this was easily the best weekend of football of the season....

This movie is especially terrible. We got Wolf Men in the woods for years still wearing clothes. We have another Wolf Man carrying jumper cables. This would have been a perfect MST3K movie if it had come about in the 90’s. I’ll say this, Wolf Man is horrendous but it’s not boring. I found myself stunned at the poor dialogue and bizarre character decisions. I know I keep hitting how bad the casting is but it almost demands re-mentioning....
Ravens Offensive Coordinator Todd Monken has had a busy week. He interviewed for the Jaguars open Head Coaching job on Thursday. He also interviewed for the Bears head job on Friday. It’s hard to blame him. The guy wants to be a Head Coach and the process is broken. Teams shouldn’t be allowed to even interview guys until the season is over. The next four minutes they absolutely bulldozed the Bills undersized defense....
It was a phenomenal night. A lot of laughs and a lot of good times. He was 5 years older than me and attended the same grammar school and high school. This guy was the latter. Extremely nice and extremely happy. Nicest guy in the world. It was within the last 2 years, oddly enough at a wake for a mutual friends mother. I was terribly sad whenever I thought about him....
Tennis is a fascinating sport in the sense that you have to be totally okay with losing. In some instances losing is a good thing. That can certainly be said for Germany’s Eva Lys who became the fairy tale story of the tournament. Eva’s bags were packed with a flight out of the country scheduled for the following morning. All of a sudden here’s your court, good luck. Eva Lys took on that whirlwind of a challenge and ran with it....
