It also means we get the official “goodbye” posts from those involved.

Little did I know that this place would become my home, and its people would become my family.

I’ll cherish the friendships I’ve made and the battles we’ve fought together.

To the incredible fans, your support has meant the world to me.

It gave me strength on and off the court.

I’ll never forget it.

You’ll always hold a special place in my heart.

Thank you for everything.KAT

Here’s the thing with this trade.

But what we do know is that for KAT and Wolves fans, this is an emotional trade.

For better or worse, KAT was the Wolves' guy.

Through the ups and downs, he was the constant.

He never asked out.

He never caused drama, and he was extremely involved in the community.

There’s a different bang out of connection that exists for both the player and fans.

For KAT, it’s possible for you to clearly see that coming through with his goodbye.

I understand that feeling all too well.

Sometimes the painful trades are what ultimately bring you that elusive title you’re hoping for.

Are Julius Randle and DDV going to be those pieces?

Who knows, but sometimes these are the types of moves that one day end a title drought.

But what I can tell you is as the year goes on, it hurts less and less.

There are real reasons to be optimistic this all works out.

But hey, life happens and guys get traded.

It’s unfortunate, but that’s why internet highlights exist.

For any Wolves fans out there, give yourself a few days to do nothing but watch KAT clips.

It won’t change reality, but it helps ease the pain.
