Notre Dame Cornerback Benjamin Morrison had dreams of going in 1st Round.
But a hip surgery in October the cut his junior season short provided a big setback.
It wasn’t his first hip surgery either.
He had one in December 2020 which needed a recovery time of nine months.
Morrison also had shoulder surgery in March 2024.
So you could say he’s been through a lot in his football career.
That dream of going in the 1st Round wasn’t realized on Thursday night.
From the super ugly cry
to the saying “thank you for believing in me!”
which would be enough to get Blutman to get choked up.
Then he fully snaps out of it and says “Tampa!”
assertively and a whole draft party loses their mind.
And he’s then swarmed and hugged by a bunch of family and friends.
This whole thing from start to finish is the best draft call ever captured on video.
