Alright, its been 49 days since I decided to stop living like a piece of shit.
For the past five years, I did nothing but drink, do drugs, and eat like crap.
But 49 days ago, I made a decision and committed to itand I couldnt be happier.

The most important decision Ive made is cutting out alcohol.
Im not saying Ill never drink againbecause I probably willbut I wont let it control my life anymore.
Its crazy how much alcohol affects your body without you even realizing it.

My face has slimmed down, my skin is clearer than ever, and my beer gut has disappeared.
Giving up alcohol has been by far the hardest part of this journey.
Whether youre quitting for 75 days or the rest of your life, its always an uphill battle.

But if you take it one day at a time, its doable.
Aside from alcohol, the most important factor for me has been my diet.
Now, I value my diet even more than working out itself.
Just getting to the gym is the biggest step.
Once you build a routine and gain momentum, it becomes second nature.
Ill post my workout splits below.
Again, Im not a professionalthis is just whats been working for me.
For example, I hit chest three times a week because I have a bird chest.
But if you have scrawny legs, you might want to focus more on those.
The only thing I swear by is doing sets until failure.
Whatever exercises you choose, aim for three sets to failurethats whats helped me the most.
And dont forget your cardioits arguably the most important part of losing weight.
Now, I do 12 incline at 3.5 MPH for 30 minutes every day.
