Not for the chair throwing incident.

He wasreportedly arrested for a DUI in Nashville back in 2016, but those charges were eventually dropped.

If we’re being honest, that’s pretty sound logic.

But they also weren’t world famous country music artists with millions of dollars in the bank.

I couldn’t help but notice they hit Morgan Wallen with a stiff $350 fine as well.

The fines that come along with prison or jail sentences never seem to match up.

Morgan Wallen is being stripped of his freedom for 7 days (not terrible but a little annoying).

I think about that every time I see one of those ‘MAXIMUM PENALTY’ street signs.

Like this ‘NO DUMPING’ sign for example.

Feels like they should be able to raise one and lower the other.

Although throwing a chair off a roof that high is pretty bad.

That’s a pretty damn crowded area.

If that catches an old woman with a walker she’s lights out.
