When he first arrived in Miami, he looked like your typical skinny Ivy League nerd.
Ill say it againI absolutely love this man.
Being a Dolphins fan this offseason has been an emotional rollercoaster, to say the least.
It was painful, gut-wrenching even.
McDaniel isnt just a coach; hes a visionary.
Hes completely redefined how offense is played in the NFL.
But McDaniels impact goes beyond the Xs and Os.
Hes cultivated a culture in Miami that you wont find anywhere else in the league.
HE’S A LEADER OF MEN.
Theres no other coach Id want leading my Dolphins into war.
The Dolphins finally got it right with McDaniel, and I couldnt be more grateful.
Thank you, Miami, for not fucking this one up.
