Just for the flex of it alone.

The mansion is located in a middle-class suburb, where nobody who lives there can afford such a home.

Anybody who does have that throw in of money wouldn’t want to reside in the area.

At least that’s the consensus everyone seems to have come to.

They’ll also cite that the home is extremely customized.

But again.. it was customized by Michael Jordan.

To me, that’s more of a selling point than a deterrence.

I’m telling you, there’s something fishy going on with that mansion.

But it has to be something.

For Michael’s sake, I hope whatever conditions this sale is contingent on are met.

I’m sure he’d appreciate an extra $14M in his pocket.

That should at last him through the front 9 at Medinah next weekend.
