Consider me torn here.
On the other hand, I’m all for delusional rants and the ability to make fun of refs.
Put me in a real pickle here, Carlton Davis, especially because i don’t mind the Lions.
In fact I enjoy watching them win.
We all know this.
I just want consistent calls or non-calls during a game.
Don’t think I’m asking for much.
Decide if you’re going to let the boys play or not.
Let the players adapt from there.
But the Lions whole defensive strategy is to be physical.
I do love the idea of seducing the refs.
Take them out to a nice dinner, surely that won’t cause a fine.
Maybe following them is a good idea.
It’s exactly how defensive backs think though.
They never think they commit a penalty.
They celebrate overthrows like they prevented it.
You have to be a little bit crazy to play defensive back and I admire that.
