First off, that is perfectly said by Magic.
It sums up everything I begged for under the Snyder regime and never got.
Bring in the right guys and get the fuck out of their way and let them do their jobs.
And that is EXACTLY what Josh Harris did.
From the top down he has done it 100% perfectly.
Check, check, and check.
No Vinny Cerratos or Bruce Allens running around.
It’s about talent, culture, community, team.
There’s no more dodging lawsuits or front office leaks.
No more ego or narcissism.
Just about bringing in the right people and letting them win games.
And it’s working so quickly.
12-5 regular season and now a playoff win.
And what’s scary is this is probably the worst roster Jayden will ever have.
It will only get better from here.
