EIGHTY THREE HOT DOGS.
The fools and trolls out there said Chestnut was a dog dunking merchant.
Who is better at their own sport?
I don’t think so.
Even Brady lost a few Super Bowls.
And for those unaware, the reason this happened on Netflix today?
Joey signed a deal with Impossible Foods, the brand that makes vegan burgers and dogs.
The winner of this 1v1 war on Netflix titled “Unfinished Beef” got $100k.
For the record, the champion of the Nathan’s contest gets $10k.
I love how much of a showman Chestnut is.
He started off strong, but Joey’s pace and speed were too much.
That didn’t cause Chestnut to slow down and cruise to victory like Usain Bolt running the 100m.
Nope, he pushed forward and aimed dead on for that elusive 80 milestone.
He cleared that and then some to put up 83 on the board.
Let’s also give a shout out to Kobayashi for coming out of retirement for this.
This used to be HIS arena.
He became a household name.
Dethroning Kobayashi was the start of Chestnut’s reign of terror.
The beautiful game so they say.
He ended up setting his own personal best in the competition.
Unfortunately that still led to him getting SMOKED by the king.
The Tank got Chestnut for a walk that I advise you to check out.
Just a gem of a human.
