Ladies and gentlemen, Chris Grier has done it again.
Another big splash signing is on the way out the door.
Today, Dolphins General Manager Chris Grier announced that the team will be trading star cornerback Jalen Ramsey.

Which makes it all the more bizarre that were trading him.
This is the same guy whos been with the organization since 2000 and hasnt won a single playoff game.
Somehow, were supposed to believe he knows whats best for this team.
And I wont even blame him for everything that happened before he became GM in 2016.
So lets start therewith his first draft.
In 2016, Grier drafted Laremy Tunsil, one of the best tackles in football.
But then, just three years later, he traded him away.
Theres not a single player from that draft worth mentioning.
In 2018, we drafted both Minkah Fitzpatrick and Mike Gesicki.
Fitzpatrick was traded after just two years and is now considered one of the leagues top safeties.
Hes catching passes from Joe Burrow.
In 2019, Grier drafted Christian Wilkins and Andrew Van Ginkeltwo excellent players.
Neither of them is still with the team.
Tell mewhats the point of drafting good players if were never going to re-sign them?
That brings me to 2020: the biggest draft in Dolphins history.
Ill just leave you with that.
Dolphins fans have been begging Chris Grier for years to build a competent offensive line.
And when asked about it, he laughs.
Tell me, Chriswhats so funny?
Whats funny about having the same glaring issue year after year and doing nothing meaningful to address it?
I dont find it funnyand neither does the fanbase.
Thats why it feels like everyone wants you gone.
And while Im at it, lets talk about leadershipbecause this team doesnt have it.
What we have are talented players.
Leaders elevate a team; talented players just make plays.
Its incompetence at the highest level.
When asked about the teams leadership heading into this season, Grier could barely name anyone.
Its one thing to miss on a pick.
But whats inexcusable is consistently failing and acting like you dont give a fuck.
Its a slap in the facenot just to me, but to Dolphins fans everywhere.
And honestly, I dont know how you survive this season.
On a personal level, Ive got nothing against you.
But as a fan of this team, I cant stay silent anymore.
it’s crucial that you figure it outor get out.
