13 years is a long ass time.
Just think about what your life was like during that stretch from 2007-11.
For me that was sophomore year of high school through sophomore year of college.
Just a young, dumb kid who thinks they know way more about the world than they actually do.
That winning the NL East was just some annual tradition you could count on every September.
And then came the dark times.
13 years of not even really coming close to winning the division again.
Couldn’t be happier for this man.
The division is great but you heard John.
Get that man his fucking trophy back already.
