Mike Jerrick is a legend’s legend.
The man has been anchoring Good Day Philadelphia for as long as I can remember.
But this is a man who just wants it more than anybody else out there.
He doesn’t do it for himself, but rather for the love of the game.
For the love of the city.
And most importantly, for the love of the Birds.
All of Philadelphia deserves it.
By the way–I can’t imagine this was Mike Jerrick’s first time getting a Brazilian.
There just wasn’t as much pain behind those eyes as you imagine.
Philly media wants this game and they want it bad.
Now we just need the Birds to go out there and deliver.
