I can’t speak enough about how much Air BnB’s have changed the game for the better.
The Air BnB brings everyone together and it’s the best.
The same goes for weekends away at homecoming, a wedding, etc.
I repeat HAS TO have cable.
People aren’t there just to watch TV but at some point they will be watching TV.
These owners are doing an injustice by not getting cable.
Especially when you factor in how little the cost of it would be.
What are we talking about $150-200 a month ?
Let’s say you get 4 rentals a month, that’s $40/50 extra per rental.
No one will care.
One last way to improve your rental.
Someone create this service, it would clean up.
I want soup to nuts service of organizing the fridge, the cabinets etc.
