It is pure diet hell.

And no one is immune to it.

I got on the scale Monday morning and was 254?!?!?

WHAT THE HELL?!?!?

So I decided to do something this week.

What better place than this & what better time than now?

Day 1 was all water & black coffee.

I just poundedBodyArmorwaters all day in the office.

Tuesday morning I weighed in to check progress and was 249.

Thank God and I was back below the 250 line again.

My stomach also felt a ton better not having to digest food.

Beef bone broth is allowed on Days 2 & 3 to go with the water & black coffee.

I ordered 2 bowls from a nearby restaurant and finished 1 during the day in 2 servings.

It was surprising to see how quickly I felt full eating smaller portions.

I checked the scale again on Wednesday morning and was down to 245!

Hot damn…. this was really working!

My skin also noticeably looked improved ESP in my face as some acne around my nose cleared up.

The collagen in the beef broth is supposed to be good for the skin apparently.

Wednesday also was not too bad.

I just kept poundingBodyArmorwaters and peeing a ton.

It seemed like it was 20 times a day & multiple times during middle of the night.

FINAL RESULTS

This morning the scale said 245 again.

Nine pounds in three days definitely was successful.

My energy levels feel night and day better too as do my stomach/skin.

Overall the water fast was an extremely positive experience on all fronts and would recommend it to anyone.

Being able to undo 3 weeks of mistakes in just 3 days is kind of incredible.
