Would I have liked to see people die and dragons fight?
Of course, but does that make last night’s episode a failure?
The overreactions from everyone are flat-out ridiculous.

It’s like arguing with 5-year-old kids.
“We want dragons and people dying, or else the show sucks!”
The best part of having sex is the build-up, and it’s the same thing with Thrones.
People forget how long it took for Game of Thrones to hit its stride.
The same thing is happening with House of the Dragon.
But don’t let that take away from the foundation they laid down for Season 3.
He had to experience all those dreams to discover his true destiny.
Which ultimately led to him coming to his senses and bending the knee to Rhaenyra.
Helaena Bullies Aemond:
Put some respect on Helaena’s name!!
Talk about a 10-8 round.
This is the first time the fearless, strong, all-mighty Aemond is powerless and scared.
I always thought he was referring to Aemond, but Helaena tells us otherwise.
This alone makes up for the lack of dragon fighting and death.
Instead, I think it will be Aemond.
Overall I thought the episode was great.
Far from perfect but still great.
I’d give it a 8.3/10.
Season 3 can’t come fast enough.
