Arcane S2
This is an animated series that really took me by surprise.
I never played League of Legends but this made me want to try.
Whiplash
One of the best movies in recent memory that is near perfect top-to-bottom.
Music, camera work and acting are all top notch.
This has a great cast and visually looks great for TV.
I will note that I have somereservations with the crew, though.
Dirty Harry
There is never a bad time to watch one of the ultimate dad movies.
Just something about Clint and that comically large revolver gets the juices flowing.
Unforgiven
Fuck it, back-to-back clint movies.
This is one of the last truly great western movies and it’s always worth revisiting.
It’s a slow burn but the visuals, music and acting are all pretty awesome.
La La Land
Like with Whiplash earlier, Chazelle was in his bag with this movie.
Excellence in music, camerawork and acting always make for great entertainment.
Gladiator
Gladiator II is right around the corner, no better time to check it out.
It is a shame that parody movies are dead because we will never get a movie like Airplane again.
A joke/minute and every one of them lands.
School of Rock
This movie is like a bowl of chili in the fall to me.
A comfy, warming experience.
