It was pretty sick.
In fact it was perfect television.

Fun, easy to watch, throw it on the TV and give us something different.
Sure, I’m the target audience for this league.
But it’s the fact we’re seeing the players show some personality and have fun with it.
It’s not serious, it’s not supposed to be, but it’s competitive.
We had a bunch of stuff yesterday.
Walk-offs, chip-ins, near aces and the new hammer rule.
Remember, these guys just got done playing The Genesis and flew out to play in this.
There was no bitching, every guy showed up and made sure to put on a show.

Then almost doing it during the match
Absurd.
I’d love to have that feeling just once, don’t need it twice in a day.
This is what the league should be built on.
Let the guys be a little loose, let them talk and have some personality.
Of course the close matches helped, but it’s a league that’s supposed to feel different.
