Before we start I’m a firm believer the movie is better than the show.
FNL is if you ask me the best football movie ever made.
And after watching scenes like this …
I’m not sure how anyone disagrees.
Just a fucking gem of a scene.
I used to listen to it before I walked out on the field for every college game I played.
Anyway, even with the movie being better than the tv show, the tv show is damn good.
I mean damn good.
In it’s essence it’s about family and football and it worked well.
Riggins and Saracen are all time characters along with Coach Taylor and Vince Howard.
Don’t get me wrong it wasn’t a perfect show.
If you haven’t seen it I strongly suggest doing a watch.
Call me crazy but I feel like we don’t need a reboot.
I’m against this very much … but with that said …
I’ll give the first season a run just to verify.
Final thought … give my guy Mark Paul Gosselar aka Zack Morris a run as a the coach.
He can do it.
