Look, I know we live in a world where NIL recruiting is talked about all the time.
This is what I want to see again.
you might party here whenever you want and it being encouraged as long as you’re not in season.
I’ll say this too - taking a recruit to Lowe’s is as smart as Dayton can be.
That area loves two things and two things only.
Basketball and partying in the area known as the ghetto.
It’s a great party scene, elite even.
So use that to your advantage.
Hop on a golf cart, everyone loves riding on a golf cart, show them the scene.
Show them what they can be a part of as the weather is perfect is in Ohio.
Show them all the appreciation before offering them the NIL deal - that’s the closer in this scenario.
I want to see more of this, especially from the Dayton’s of the world.
I’m pro-NIL, I just don’t care about the deals.
I don’t care what number is real and what isn’t.
That’s how it’s done.
I want to see more of this.
I’m over the whole photoshoots that we see every recruit take.
I’m over the graphic game that we see every single recruit use 24 times during the process.
I want to see them seeing what college life is all about.
College life is all about snaking your way through class and finding parties.
