I think Selina will empathize with a fucked-up origin story and an all time duo could form there.
Bruce Wayne gonna be weak in the knees trying to take them down.
Since we just learned that Colin Farrell is signed on for a trilogy, though…. Mayor Penguin is the best.
He is Gotham City’s “White Knight” after all!
