Welcome back to another episode of Dumping Them Out.
I’m going to use this blog to bitch about my landlord.
The lease on our current apartment ends May 31st.
We do not want to renew the lease.
We have been planning to move out that day ever since we moved in.
So our landlord calls me Friday morning.
He wants to confirm what our plan is.
I tell him, “We’re moving out at the end of our lease on May 31st”.
He says, “Ok great.
May 31st it is.”
Which I knew for a fact wasn’t true.
So I pulled up our signed lease and send him a screenshot.
But in response, he sends us this.
But since he did nothing, it’s on us to give him the 60 days notice.
So now we’re forced to stay another month.
Am I the asshole here?
Because personally, I think he’s the asshole.
I know in the end its my fault for not paying more attention to the “fine print”.
But that’s fucking shady.
He knew exactly what he was doing waiting until after 60 days prior to ask us about it.
The guy has been pulling shady moves ever since we moved in.
Rented an apartment w no A/C and 2 broken ceiling fans.
But it has a backyard and we have dogs so it seemed worth it.
Plus landlord said hed fix the fans.
Im starting to think my landlord is only in this for the money.
That’s barely even interesting.
I just wanted to bitch about it.
It honestly doesn’t even matter.
We haven’t signed a lease on a new place yet.
We can delay our move another month no problem.
But I fucking hate our landlord.
I’m not going to fully dox him, but I will say his first name is Ravi.
I feel like it’s my responsibility as a citizen of Jersey City to warn people.
I’ll tell you if it’s the guy.
But check with me first.
I don’t want to disparage all Ravi’s.
But I gotta put it out there.
Ok that’s all I got for today.
My fiance’s parents are in town this weekend.
I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t rushing my Boob GIFs blog today.
We just got home from watching Rory win the Masters.
He shot a 73.
Which isn’t the worst a winner has ever shot.
But it’s close.
Trevor Immelman and Arnold Palmer both won shooting 75’s on Sunday.
Jack Nicklaus, Gary Player, and Herman Keiser all won shooting 74 on Sunday.
But I don’t know what the weather was like for them.
The weather was perfect for Rory today.
The field was BEGGING him to win.
They barely even make him earn it.
He did hit a couple great iron shots.
But he had SO MANY chances/puts win before the playoff.
I’m sorry Twitter.. don’t come at me for being honest.
