CONSPIRACY THEORY: UNC's Bubba Cunningham Received A Six-Figure Bonus Because They Made The Tournament, He's Also The Committee Chair

You know the name Bubba Cunningham now.

He’s the North Carolina AD and also the committee chair for this year.

But now we’re getting my favorite part of the day after.

This is the biggest one.

Bubba Cunningham made $104,000 thanks to a bonus of UNC making the Tournament.

I think they should have to win the First Four game in order for him to get paid.

Everyone knows the First Four isn’t the real Tournament anyways so add some stakes to it.

I also know the whole ‘he leaves the room’ while they talk about UNC.

But that’s bullshit.

He’s sitting in a room with these people for hours on end.

It’s impossible not to say something over the course of days to someone.

It’s human nature to say something to someone at some point.

All I know is I’m a sucker for NCAA Tournament conspiracy theories.

Giving us Cal vs Pitino, Jeremy Roach vs Duke, Danny Wolf vs Yale.
