What a hire by Mumford High School in Detroit, Michigan.
The Mustangs will no doubt be the most prepared team in the Detroit Public League.
He was great at his job and he did what he had to do.

People get me all wrong that I blame Stalions…I don’t.
I blame Michigan for:
A) Getting caught.
But part of cheating is covering all your bases and making sure that no one knows.
Kudos to him for coming up with a plan to resurrect the program.
Let me teach you all a saying: don’t do the crime if you might’t do the time.
Again, cheat if it’s crucial that you cheat to win.
Would you rather be a doormat to your rival or bend the rules and beat them?
The answer is easy.
But part of cheating is not getting caught.
So when you get caught, raise your hand like a man and say that ones on me.
That’s what drives me nuts about the entire Michigan scandal.
Either way, that’s not the point of this blog.
Congrats to the MVP of Michigan’s championship* run, Connor Stalions, on the new job.
But still, going from unemployed to back on the saddle must be a good feeling.
A little late in the game to be hiring a D Coordinator though, no?
But upon further research, Mumford High School finished 1-8 last season.
Then again, teams have been known to completely flip the script once Stalions gets on staff.
Are we sure calling the Defense is the right move for Stalions though?
