All of the greats always had someone they looked up to and aspired to be growing up.
Having an idol isn’t a bad thing at all.
Wayne Gretzky had Gordie Howe.

Kobe Bryant had Michael Jordan.
It’s not even just contained to sports–musicians, artists, chefs.
Everybody has idols whose influences are heavily apparent in their own craft.

Dylan Raiola is one of the best true freshman quarterbacks in the country.
So it makes sense why this kid would want to copy literally everything that Patrick Mahomes does.
The look, the number, the pregame ritual.
The side by side isn’t “WILD”.
It’s just a kid doing a really good Patrick Mahomes impression.
However, Dylan Raiola is now trying to claim that this isn’t an impression.
That he’s unintentionally become a near exact replica of Patrick Mahomes purely by accident.
I mean….c’mon, man.
You don’t have to be afraid to admit it.
The year Mahomes won his first MVP.
That’s normal as shit.
What’s not normal is doing all of that and then pretending like it’s purely coincidence.
Maybe you have a buddy who studied abroad and then came back with an accent.
Maybe you have a buddy who completely changed based on the girl he was currently dating.
