We know the story by now.
Last week Daniel Jones got benched for a spark in Drew Lock.
That didn’t work either.
Shocking updates, I know, but welcome to life as a Giants fan.
Daboll has made it clear though.
It’s not time yet, for whatever reason.
But now the players have reportedly spoken.
They want Daniel Jones as their quarterback.
They aren’t pushing for a change.
It says it right there!
They believe they can compete with Daniel Jones, but only because Tyrod Taylor isn’t on the roster.
That might be the most disrespectful quote that sums up how everyone feels about this situation.
I don’t blame them.
Taylor is the perfect backup quarterback who actually does provide a spark.
This is where we’re at as an organization.
Great times all around.
We got that going for us.
Never felt better about the direction of this franchise heading into a Monday Night game.
Can’t wait to watch this team in primetime again.
