NBA history is littered with player beefs.

None of us normal people can truly know for sure.

We weren’t there, we weren’t in that locker room.

On the surface, it sounds pretty insane, but Perk is true to some degree.

The leader of the team isn’talwaysthe best player.

Take the Warriors for example.

The Heat Big 3 with LeBron, Wade was the leader whereas LeBron was the best player.

The Big 3 Celtics, Pierce was their leader while KG was probably their best player.

It happens all the time.

But Perkins being that guy over KD/Russ/Harden?

If anyone would know about the leadership of that team, he’d be a good guy to ask.

In the end, there are no real winners here except anyone who enjoys KD burning people on Twitter.

As one of those people, I find this entire thing to be wildly entertaining.

It’s a tale as old as time.
