When it comes to sports, it seems I cant catch a break.
Thats exactly how it feels to be an Arsenal fan.
For the first time all season, Arsenal finally looked like a team capable of winning the league.
They had Zah and me absolutely buzzing.
Zah was so fired up he even booked a flight to London to watch them play in person.
The energy, the hopeit was all there.
And then, just as quickly as it came, it all crumbled.
They dropped points to Fulham.
No disrespect to Fulham; theyre a quality side.
But seriously, Arsenal, what on earth were you doing out there?
A win against Fulham would have put us just four points behind Liverpool.
Its the kind of difference that keeps fans dreamingor in this case, despairing.
And, honestly, I can admit it: theyre better than us right now.
Watching Chelsea play football is far more enjoyable than watching Arsenals current state of affairs.
Theres no creativity, no spark, and seemingly no plan when the initial setup falters.
Something has to change, and it has to happen quickly.
Mikel Arteta needs to figure this outfastor this season will be over before it even truly begins.
Arsenal fans deserve better than this perpetual rollercoaster of false hope and bitter disappointment.
