How do YOU choose to use yours?

The way I see it, a grown adult needs about 7 hours of sleep per night to function.

If you want to stay up til midnight, sleep in til 7 and then get up and moving.

If you want to go to bed early around 10, get up by 5 and get moving.

But that .1% of people you’re able to’t beat by doing this?

Am I reading this correctly?

He sleeps 30 minutes per day.

And it’s not like he does this for a day, or even for a week.

Or even for a month.

Or even for a year.

This motherfucker has cut his sleep to 30 minutes per day for the last TWELVE YEARS.

I might need to try this.

But if he gets to live two lives, I’m interested to see if it works.

Just my two cents.

My other two cents is do you really want to be awake all the fucking time?

This world kinda sucks.

What do you do from 1 am to 5 am when the rest of the planet is dead?
