Let’s be very clear about something right off the jump. This was the worst performance by the defending champs of the entire season. Objectively, it was a mostly disgusting display of basketball for 48 minutes. Shorthanded, playing like absolute assholes, can you fight through it and find a way to win? Been a while since we had teammates were in a fight/horseplay on a flight in college basketball. To be fair though, this is how you should prepare playing Houston. I do love Goodman saying it was ‘horseplay’ that could have turned into a flight. You really think Bruce Pearl is turning the damn plane around over horseplay?
