For my money’s worth, this is probably the best Christmas movie to come out since Elf. Easy to watch, great holiday feel and beautiful animation. The Christmas Chronicles- To be frank, I’m not a huge fan of this movie. However, people seem to love it so I’ve come to accept I’m in the minority. Regardless of my distaste for it, Kurt Russell is a good Santa. I’ll always stand up for Cage, though....
Zach Hyman ended up getting completely smoked in the face by an Evan Bouchard slap shot last night. Directly to the face. No padding, no nothing. Just a face shattered into a million little pieces. I don’t think anybody could blame Zach Hyman if he ended up being done for the night. They were already halfway through the game. Hyman already had 2 goals on the night. His job was done....
Jalen Hurts has a record of 46-19 as the starting quarterback for the Philadelphia Eagles. He’s led this team to the playoffs in every season that he’s been the starter. He’s led this team to a Super Bowl appearance. He led the Eagles to 9 straight wins after the bye week this year after that Carolina win. The conversation is never about what Jalen Hurts has been doing to help the Eagles win football games....
That’s really it. That’s the whole blog right there. People like Dan Hurley are great for sports, especially college basketball. He does it while they are winning too by the way. But do people really not remember the coaches we grew up with? John Chaney once threatened to kill John Calipari in a press conference! We still laugh about that to this day. Programs are viewed by their coaches. It’s a coach personality driven sport, exactly why the old Big East was so great....
But you likely know if you’re reading this. I know a lot of these Matches/Showdowns, whatever you want to call them, have been overplayed lately. But this is what we should be getting during these sort of things. There’s also nothing worse than the yips, especially while golfing. Anyone who plays even the smallest amount of golf knows the feeling. You have no confidence stepping up with a certain club or your putter....
So by now everyone knows the dumpster fire that is the Tennessee Titans. Especially if she looks like this: It always gets better fellas.

I hate when people do that. Oh what, now it means nothing just because you lost early and didn’t advance? There’s always value in competitive games. And hey, nowhere does it say they all have to be pretty. The consistency and efficiency this season have been nice and his two-way impact continues to improve. To me, last night was a great example of his continued growth as a player. It was pretty clear early on that coming off a week of rest Tatum was pretty rusty offensively....
What a clip of these five. Shout out to Houston’s. Their chicken sandwich is outrageously good. One of if not the best in the game. Their crab cakes are fire, and their deviled eggs (believe it or not) are mind-blowing. (Their burgers are lights out also.) Third, nobody can get enough of Biz’s comment. Forth, people also can’t get enough of showing that Marchand clip. Poor Biz can’t get away from it....
I know people don’t think of Northwestern for basketball or bullies or grit. But this is what happens when you have a Brooks Barnhizer out there. The man has a bully heart, he’s all grit baby. Teeth aren’t that important anyways. I love that he said he had to be out there with the guys. Ultimate locker room man right there. Guy just wants to play basketball and hang out with the fellas....

After today’s game, the Colts cap off their season with the Titans, Giants, and Jaguars. The Broncos finish with the Chargers, Bengals, and Chiefs. If they lost, they’d drop to 7%. The game couldn’t have started out better for the Colts. It was a quintessential Anthony Richardson drive. He went 2/5, with one-chunk play down the field to Michael Pittman. Jonathan Taylor ran for 20 yards on 3 carries. Then Anthony Richardson capped it off with a long TD run....
